Out of our hubs in Eindhoven and Mexico city, we aim to to bring remarkable experiences to people. We apply Design Thinking and Lean Startup, but apart from frameworks, we get our hands dirty with the fuzzy front-end. We’re small in numbers, but take pride in an international client portfolio. How does that sound?

The position: Internship Innovation & Marketing  I Co-Pilot of the CEO

We're not just looking for any kind of intern, we're looking for somebody that wants a springboard for a career. We're a small organization of about 20 employees, working for the most exciting multinationals and startups, serving their teams in Mexico, US, Italy, Singapore, Turkey and the Netherlands. 

Some highlights 

You will be working directly with the CEO / founder 

You will be at the forefront of what's new: GenAI, Design Thinking, Sustainability and Innovation 

You will become part of a global team, working together with our peer in Mexico. 

How a typical day may look like...

You may be preparing a Miro board for a Global Design Sessions for one of our customers 

You may be co-facilitating a training session on the use of GenAI for customer research 

You may be brainstorming ideas for our next blogpost on sustainable service design 

You may be hosting a meeting with one of our customers on their project progress 

You may be talking a team member from the Mexican team, solving a design request from one of our customers 

You may be preparing a proposal for one of our customers 

Must-haves:

• You have currently doing university education in Strategic Design, Business, Marketing, Innovation or Entrepreneurship
• You are confident with customers and have 1-3 years of work experience directly with customers (this could be a store, call center etc) and have the proof to show it;
• Understanding of the marketing & innovation toolset: qualitative research, personas, journeys, etc 
• English is a must. Dutch would be great. Spanish is a very welcomed plus
• Self-directed and extra-mile attitude towards customers 
• Modest but confident
• Timezone is Dutch +/- 2 hours
