JOB DESCRIPTION
• General understanding of Unified Communication products and services (i.e. Email, Instant Messaging, Voice, Video, Conferencing tools)
• Strong technical writing for documentation of code and processes
• Familiarization of the following: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc..), HTML5, Visio, ASP.net, C#, Java, PowerShell
• Communication: Ability to effectively communicate internally and externally horizontally and vertically across the organization verbally and in writing both formally and informally
• Take initiative to manage work statement with limited oversight and guidance
• Independently determines and develops approaches to solutions. Receives general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives
