SEO Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our website to improve organic search rankings, increase traffic, and enhance overall online visibility. This role requires expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to analyze data and implement effective strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement strategic optimization techniques.
• Optimize website on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and content.
• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach.
• Monitor and improve technical SEO, ensuring site speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexability.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and media.
• Utilize SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and SEMrush to track performance.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement local SEO strategies, including Google My Business optimization (if applicable).
• Provide regular reports and insights on website performance and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, content marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Experience with video editing using premiere pro and graphic creation on photoshop is a plus.
