We are seeking a data-driven and creative SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing organic search performance through a combination of technical SEO expertise, content strategy, and exceptional copywriting skills. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create engaging, optimized content and ensure our website meets the highest technical standards for search engines.

• Technical SEO
  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, addressing issues related to crawlability, indexation, and site structure.
  • Optimize website performance by improving site speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Implement schema markup, canonical tags, and other advanced SEO techniques.
  • Analyze and resolve on-page SEO errors (e.g., broken links, duplicate content, meta tag optimization).
  • Collaborate with developers to implement SEO improvements and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Content Strategy & Copywriting
  • Research and develop keyword strategies to align with user intent and business goals.
  • Write, edit, and optimize high-quality content, including blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions, with SEO best practices in mind.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure SEO alignment across all content formats.
  • Monitor and refine internal linking strategies to improve content hierarchy and discoverability.
• Analysis & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on competitor analysis and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and algorithm changes to refine SEO strategies continuously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving rankings.
• Strong proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript as it pertains to SEO.
• Advanced copywriting skills with a focus on crafting content that ranks and converts.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify.
• Familiarity with content strategies, including E-A-T (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles as they relate to SEO.
• Experience with local SEO strategies, including optimizing for Google Business Profiles.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO principles to enhance content performance.
• Basic understanding of Python or other scripting languages for SEO automation.
