As an SEO Specialist, you will lead the technical audits, analysis, and implementation of technical recommendations to help uncover and improve site performance. You will be expected to have the skills required to reduce crawl budget, remedy site performance issues, and implement/troubleshoot structured data using a variety of tools.
This person in this role will work 3 days a week in person with our SEO team that is based in the Charlotte, NC co-working office in the Belmont neighborhood.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and address SEO errors/issues using Google Search Console
- Identify and Implement New Schema Markup Opportunities
- Perform Advanced Site Audits
- Implement and optimize content silos and internal link structure
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting tags via GTM
- Keep pace with SEO industry trends and developments and report changes as needed.
- Preparing detailed strategy reports
- Analyzing and reporting on SEO techniques used by competitors

About the position:
We are looking for someone with a passion for SEO and being in an environment where they'd be focused on most aspects of ongoing, high-level SEO. This is a hybrid in-person and remote work position based in Charlotte, NC. The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $57,000.
