Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the SEO Specialist will be responsible for
developing and executing SEO activity across technical SEO, on-page optimisation,

Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement SEO plans aligned with the objectives of each brands.
• Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis, competitor analysis and
content-gap assessments.
• Build keyword strategies for programmes, services, locations, campaigns and
priority audience segments.
• Translate SEO recommendations into clear actions, deadlines and measurable
targets.
• Manage SEO activity across multiple websites, brands and geographical
markets.
• Stay informed about search-engine updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
Technical SEO
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits using tools such as Semrush, Screaming
Frog, Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights.
• Identify and help resolve issues relating to crawling, indexing, redirects,
canonicals, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data and duplicate content.
• Work closely with the web developer to implement technical recommendations.
• Monitor website speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability and overall site
performance.
• Review website migrations, redesigns and new-page launches to protect organic
visibility.
• Test implemented changes and ensure technical issues are fully resolved.
On-Page SEO
• Optimise page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, image
attributes and on-page content.

• Ensure pages are optimised for relevant keywords without compromising

Required Experience and Skills
• At least 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably across multiple

• Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page and content SEO.

• Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Screaming Frog and
keyword-research tools.
• Good working knowledge of WordPress and website content-management
