SEO Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Senior Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing our end-to-end SEO strategy, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings.

You'll be responsible for a wide range of SEO activities, from content optimization to technical implementations and local SEO initiatives. If you're passionate about all things SEO and eager to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and inform content creation.
  • Support Content SEO by optimizing new content for key landing pages, including on-page optimization, content structure, and internal linking.
  • Manage and execute Technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, crawlability, indexation, schema markup, and optimizing meta titles, descriptions, and header tags.
  • Develop and implement link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
  • Manage and optimize our Google Merchant Center catalog to enhance product visibility and performance in shopping results.
  • Develop and execute Local SEO strategies, working in partnership with our Yext platform to optimize location pages and drive local traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a dedicated SEO role.
  • Strong understanding of core SEO principles, including content, technical, and off-page SEO.
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center management and catalog optimization.
  • Familiarity with Local SEO strategies and platforms like Yext.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Retail or franchise experience
  • US client/market experience
