As a result, we are eagerly searching for an experienced As a result, we are eagerly searching for an experienced Marketing Project Manager, with experience in SEO, to work directly with our Director of Growth (Sales) on key strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has a background and strong interest in Growth Marketing and is excited about assisting with the execution and project management of a best-in-class growth strategy for our top-tier partners. 

This role requires you to be resourceful, organized, and tech-savvy. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific growth / SEO projects for the Director of Growth (Sales) while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope, and you’ll gain valuable exposure to major brands in the tech industry. In addition to client-facing projects, you will assist the Director of Growth (Sales) in managing the execution of key strategic initiatives for the sales team.

What you’ll do:

  • Research and identify high-impact SEO and content marketing tactics for high-growth startups and enterprise-level clients.

  • Prepare client deliverables (e.g., Google docs, presentations, Excel sheets) in collaboration with the Director of Growth (Sales) and internal sales team to ensure premium-quality outputs.

  • Schedule, own, and drive all internal sales team meetings and agendas.

  • Participate in internal sales meetings and review external call recordings, summarizing key takeaways next steps, and coordinating action items to ensure timely, high-quality execution of deliverables.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Growth (Sales) to track and support the execution of key strategic initiatives, working with senior-level team members to ensure timely completion and assisting with sales tasks such as competitive research, SEO initiatives, opportunity sizing, and proposal creation.

  • Interact with internal sales teams, including the Founder/CEO, Senior Director of Operations, Revenue Operations Lead, and Sales Enablement Analyst.

  • Monitor incoming leads, qualify potential prospects, and schedule discovery conversations with the Director of Growth (Sales).

  • Create and optimize internal documents and playbooks to improve sales process efficiency.

  • Potential opportunity to run initial discovery conversations to qualify prospective clients and gather necessary information for proposals.

What expertise you’ll need:

  • Strong project management skills.

  • 2-5 years of SEO experience, with the ability to drive initiatives forward while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on creativity, client service, and relationship-building.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic decisions.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team with a high sense of urgency and to identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues when necessary.

  • Excellent presentation and deck-building skills.

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.

  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Semrush and Ahrefs is a plus but not required.

  • Premium Data-Driven Content: Data-driven approaches often lead to heavily optimized mediocrity. Premium approaches often lead to beautiful content with an uncertain return on investment. Often companies either have low-quality data-driven content or premium content based on intuition. We use proprietary technology that leverages data to quantify the largest opportunities within the content and combine this with a premium editorial style guide to produce content that is both delightful and drives conversions

  • Growth Design: Based on 10+ years of experience and testing, we provide custom design solutions to dramatically increase key conversion funnels such as New User Experience (NUX), Authentication (Signup & Login), Commerce (Purchase & Cart), and App Growth (New Downloads & Retention)

  • Team & Process: To build a sustainable robust growth strategy, we focus on building teams and processes that can be successful well beyond our engagement. This starts with creating scalable systems and continues by developing iterative growth processes and teams that can continuously launch improvements that grow conversions
