SEO Outreach Specialist

Hi! We’re LinkGraph, an SEO software company (and full-service digital agency) focused on engineering products and services that help websites improve their performance on Google. We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups. 

We’re looking for an Outreach Specialist to support our SEO and link-building strategies. This role is responsible for identifying and onboarding new publishing partners to help us expand our network of high-quality websites. Your work will directly contribute to the success of client campaigns by ensuring consistent access to strong, relevant domains for content and link placements.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential publishing partners with strong domain authority and relevant niche audiences
• Evaluate websites based on SEO metrics such as domain authority, traffic, spam score, and backlink profile
• Reach out to site owners to discuss placement opportunities, availability, and pricing
• Onboard approved publications into our system and coordinate next steps with internal teams
• Maintain clear records of outreach activity and publication status
• Collaborate with content, fulfillment, and SEO teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely execution

Requirements

• Solid understanding of SEO and backlink strategies: ability to assess websites based on SEO and content quality metrics
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in English (written communication for internal collaboration)
  
• Previous experience in link building, outreach, or partnership development
• Familiarity with SEO tools 
• Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment
• Experience working cross-functionally 

Salary & Benefits

• $2000-2500 USD per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
• 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
