Role Summary: 

This is a hybrid role, the employee will be required to report to our Headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA at least 2 times/week.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As an Sr. SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective technical and on-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our websites. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO and content marketing techniques. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our online visibility and business growth.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve website visibility across all our websites.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
  • Perform on-page optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, URL structure, and content optimization.
  • Manage off-page SEO activities such as link building, guest blogging, and outreach campaigns to enhance website authority and domain credibility.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Generate regular SEO performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, web developers, and digital marketers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our online presence.
  • Stay abreast of competitor strategies and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. 

Qualifications: 

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative SEO strategies and overcome challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple high priority projects at one time.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
