As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the SEO Manager (f/m/d) and drive our business forward.
What Will Your Role BeWe are looking for a skilled SEO Manager to lead SEO projects across our business. You will be responsible for technical audits, writing SEO guidelines, and giving clear recommendations to teams like Product, Content, and Design. You must be comfortable working with large international websites (1M+ users) and communicating across different departments.
What You´ll Do- Manage SEO projects from planning to delivery.
- Perform technical SEO audits and share clear, actionable findings.
- Create SEO guidelines and best practices for Product, Content, and Design teams.
- Monitor site performance, keyword rankings, and crawlability.
- Identify SEO growth opportunities and work with teams to bring them to life.
- Partner with developers, content writers, designers, and product managers to make sure SEO is part of all key projects.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Report on SEO performance regularly and suggest improvements.
- substantial SEO experience, including hands-on experience with international, high-traffic websites (1M+ users).
- Strong skills in technical SEO, on- and off-page SEO, and SEO project management.
- Solid knowledge of tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sistrix, SEMrush, and others.
- Experience working with different teams like Product, Content, and Design.
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain SEO ideas clearly to non-SEO teams.
- Ability to create easy-to-follow guidelines and actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluency in English and good German skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with e-commerce SEO and marketplaces.
- Strong data analysis skills — able to work with large datasets, spot trends, and create clear reports.
- Experience to build dashboards with tools like Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, BigQuery, or other data platforms.
