As an SEO Growth Specialist, you'll help drive Wix's organic growth by developing and implementing strategic SEO initiatives across various topics and markets. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Perform market, keyword, and competitor research to determine the best SEO strategies for different topics

• Work closely with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization to ensure the implementation of SEO best practices

• Analyze large amounts of data and make analytical decisions based on your findings

• Initiate and manage strategic growth opportunities to positively impact Wix's business goals

• Conduct tech audits to maintain pages health and signal quality for search engines

• 3+ years of experience as an SEO specialist, with bonus points for experience in large-scale international sites 

• Native-level English proficiency 

• Skilled in using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Excel 

• Analytical thinker with the ability to conduct research and make actionable data-driven decisions 

• Passionate about organic growth with a focus on quality traffic and conversion opportunities 

• Detail-oriented, versatile, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
