Join the Wix Enterprise Professional Services team as an SEO Expert, where you'll optimize websites for search engine visibility and performance. In this role, you'll collaborate with designers, R&D, Solution Architects, and enterprise clients to implement advanced SEO strategies, ensuring our projects meet both search performance and inclusivity standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for Wix’s largest enterprise customers, focusing on technical SEO, on-page optimization, and structured data implementation

• Conduct SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to indexing, crawlability, core web vitals and page speed

• Analyze search performance using industry-standard tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog

• Collaborate with developers, solutions architects and product managers to implement SEO-friendly site structures and advocate for SEO-friendly platform improvements

• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices and web accessibility guidelines

• Provide strategic SEO recommendations and training to internal teams and clients

• 3+ years of experience in leading SEO teams in a large company, with enterprise-level clients or large-scale websites

• Strong understanding of Google’s search algorithms, structured data, web core vitals and technical SEO principles

• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of guiding technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Learning and staying up to date with web accessibility to make sure we're WCAG compliant
