Job Summary
As a Digital Strategy Associate in the Employee Experience (EX) Content team, you will be responsible for helping plan, execute, manage and measure internal search campaigns across JPMChase's 350,000+ employee base. In this role you will be asked to develop and execute local, national, and international strategies to reach a global workforce and advise senior leadership on how to best meet their marketing objectives.

This individual will lead the daily execution of SEO optimization and content strategy and well as contributing to new product offerings.
Job responsibilities
- Plan, execute, manage and measure search campaigns in collaboration with Employee Experience content, marketing, and communication teams
- Manage all SEO activities including but not limited to: content strategy, link building and keyword strategy, content production for optimal search engine performance
- Provides guidance through strategic and tactical input to development teams to ensure SEO best practices
- Leverage SEO tools, including Adobe Analytics to increase internal search rankings
- Research performance and analytics data, developing key insights for quarterly and annual business reviews
- Provide analysis, QA and insights for monthly reports
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in search engine marketing and proven experience as an SEO specialist
- Strong data analytics and marketing strategy background
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to evaluate problems and determine the resources necessary to develop effective solutions
- Exceptional oral, written and presentation/communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and eagerness to work as member of a team
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience working with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics as an SEO specialist. High-level proficiency in Adobe Analytics
- Experience working with a content management system
- Understanding of search engine algorithms
- Experience working with CSS, HTML, etc.
