About the Job
As a PR Manager at PRLab, you will oversee the entire PR department, ensuring smooth operations, successful strategy implementation, and the achievement of key objectives. Your role will focus on managing PR initiatives for PRLab, leading events, and ensuring high client retention through effective PR strategies.
What We Seek in You
● Bachelor's degree in PR, Journalism, Communication, Public Affairs, or a related field.
● +3 years experience in public relations, event organization, and community management in an international setting is a must.
● Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
● Excellent time management skills, be able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
● Strong leadership skills, including empathy, conflict management, and decision-making.
● Proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
● Native or near-native level English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining professionalism and creativity.
● Strong interpersonal skills, someone that people trust and want to approach.
Your Duties May Include, but Are Not Limited To
🔹 Events & Project Management (50%)
- Organizing PR Summits.
- Coordinating team members to ensure the events’ success from start to finish.
🔹 PR for PRLab (50%)
- Setting and achieving KPIs around media coverage.
- Writing content, including press releases, exclusive submissions, and newsjacking pieces.
- Developing and executing PR strategies.
- Reporting directly to the CMO.
