About the Role

This is a future-fit SEO-content strategy role for someone with a passion for search, strategy, and content that drives real business results. We’re looking for raw talent, not the finished article. As a Trainee, you'll learn how to build and execute multichannel SEO-content strategies in a way that reflects where search is headed: AI-influenced, multimedia-rich, cross-channel, and audience-first.

You’ll be working on real client accounts early on, under the guidance of some of the best SEOs in the business. Our team is second to none when it comes to guiding the development of junior team members - be proactive, ask questions, be curious and you’ll excel. This role offers immense learning potential, with a clear progression path to Junior Executive in just 6 months.

What You’ll Learn and Do

Month 1-3:

• Research and support content audits
• Contribute to content strategies and reports
• Optimise pages under supervision
• Work closely with senior SEOs and content leads

Month 4-6:

• Identify strategic opportunities and contribute ideas
• Communicate directly with clients
• Support multichannel content strategies (SEO, Social, Email)
• Learn how to structure content for AI Overviews and emerging search formats
• Use spreadsheets and dashboards to track KPIs and report on performance

What We’re Looking For

• A graduate (or soon-to-be) in a relevant field (e.g. digital marketing, communications, journalism, business, or similar)
• Career switchers are very welcome: we value transferable skills, curiosity, and a strategic mind
• Passion for content and SEO, especially in an evolving search landscape
• Highly comfortable with numbers and data (spreadsheets, performance tracking, etc.)
• A natural communicator: clear, persuasive, and client-aware
• Proactive learner who actively seeks feedback, asks questions, and shares ideas
• Someone with strong organisational skills and self-motivation
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Interest in how businesses operate and how SEO supports real-world growth
• Ability to use A.I. intelligently and responsibly to improve your workflows and outputs
