About the Role:

• Wolfgang Digital is seeking an SEO professional with a passion for content strategy and editing. 

• This is not a pure content or copywriting role. It requires proven experience in SEO content strategy and execution. Applicants without SEO experience will not be considered.
  
• We’re looking for someone who has concrete examples of driving organic success, with particular interest in the Content Strategy and storytelling side of SEO.
  
• Strong client communication skills are essential. You’ll need to be able to lead strategy calls, present data and insights in business-friendly terms, and collaborate daily with our Paid Search, Social and Email teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  
• Organisational skills are essential. The role requires the ability to work on 5+ concurrent client accounts, while working toward multiple deadlines.
  
• An inquisitive, strategic and innovative mindset will be needed to succeed in this role. The ability to look forward and keep pace with the rapidly evolving search and AI landscape will be an essential skill.

• Please Note:
  This is a hybrid role, with 3 in-office days required per week at our Dublin office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content audits and SEO-Content strategies
• Research, brief, and edit content for landing pages, guides, blogs, and product/category pages.
• Ensure content is optimised for both users and search engines, aligning with client KPIs.
• Suggest how SEO content can be repurposed across channels (social, email, creative)
• Glean insights from SEO tools, analytics, and AI platforms to guide content decisions
• Lead client conversations on content performance, strategy, and next steps
• Create clear, visual reports and presentations that demonstrate business impact
• Collaborate with colleagues across SEO, Paid Search, Social, and CRM to deliver integrated strategies

Required Qualifications

• Digital Marketing Qualification or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in a dedicated SEO-Content role (agency experience is a bonus)
• Proven results in improving organic performance (traffic, conversions, revenue) through SEO-Content
• Strong editing skills, with experience shaping content to meet SEO and business objectives
• Demonstrated experience with technical SEO fundamentals like site structure, internal linking, indexing, schema basics (not deep technical SEO, but the fundamentals needed to build and execute strong content strategies)
• Hands-on experience using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC etc. (or similar)
• Experience using AI tools and their role in modern SEO workflows.
