JOB SUMMARY:
The role of the SEO & AI Search Specialist is to support the research, development and implementation of strategies that improve client visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences. This includes helping clients optimise their digital presence for platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot and emerging AI search environments, whilst leveraging strong SEO foundations to drive discoverability and business growth.
This role is ideally suited to an SEO professional who is excited by the rapid evolution of search and wants to be at the forefront of the industry's transition towards AI-driven discovery. We are looking for someone with a strong grounding in SEO who is already adapting and embracing the next generation of search optimisation.
We believe the future of search extends far beyond traditional SEO. While a strong SEO background is essential, we're looking for someone who is passionate about the opportunities created by AI and is eager to adapt to Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI Search.
We're looking for an ambitious SEO professional who understands where the industry is heading and wants to build deep expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of digital marketing.
Main duties- Support the development and execution of SEO, GEO and AI Search strategies.
- Conduct SEO and AI search visibility audits.
- Analyse brand representation within AI-generated responses.
- Create content, entity optimisation and digital authority strategies.
- Apply SEO best practices across technical SEO, content optimisation and authority building.
- Deliver training, workshops and presentations.
- Support new business opportunities and thought leadership.
- Monitor AI search developments and adapt client strategies accordingly.
- 3+ years' experience in SEO, organic search or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and content optimisation.
- Demonstrable experience delivering successful SEO strategies.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Skills Required
- 3+ years' experience in SEO, organic search or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and content optimisation
- Demonstrable experience delivering successful SEO strategies
