Job Responsibilities:

Leverage a variety of cutting-edge machine learning algorithms including end-to-end imitation learning, reinforcement learning, and Large Language Models (LLM) to propel the development of humanoid robots.

Develop algorithms that empower robots to learn and evolve through dynamic interactions with the physical world.

Design machine learning models, refine training and optimization processes, orchestrate deployment strategies, while contributing to collaborative efforts across teams.

Venture into uncharted engineering and technology territories, contribute to direction setting and decision-making processes.
Basic Requirements:

Hold a Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. Candidates possessing a strong background in domains such as computer vision, natural language processing, or speech recognition are highly sought after.

Have a robust understanding of foundational machine learning principles and their applications.

Be proficient in programming languages such as Python or C++, coupled with extensive experience in deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch and TensorFlow.

Be humble, open, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large language models and multimodal large language models, including supervised fine-tuning, orchestration, data generation, and reinforcement learning with human feedback.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$300,000, in addition to bonus, equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
