The Opportunity
Kognitiv is growing—fast. Following a series of major project wins, we are looking for a heavy-hitting Workday Project Manager who thrives in the intersection of high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
This isn't a "follow the checklist" role. We need a senior professional who is comfortable being the "first on the ground" in their region—someone with the technical chops to manage complex Workday deployments independently and the vision to eventually lead and coach a growing PM function as we scale globally.

Global Bridge: You’ll act as our critical link, bridging the gap between our North American core and our expanding European projects.
Path to Leadership: We are looking for our future PM Function Lead. As we expand geographically, you will be the blueprint for how we manage global delivery.
What You’ll Do
Lead Complex Deployments: Own the full project lifecycle for Workday implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery for our North American and EU clients.
Time-Zone Mastery: Work primarily in Eastern Time (ET) while strategically overlapping with EMEA hours to provide continuity and coaching for regional teams.
Mentor & Coach: Use your deep Workday experience to upskill junior PMs and ensure a standardized, "Kognitiv-quality" approach across borders.
Drive Process: Help us refine our project management methodology to be more resilient and scalable.
What You Bring
Workday Expertise: You’ve been in the ecosystem for years. You understand the nuances of Workday modules and the typical pitfalls of global deployments.
Seniority & Grit: 7+ years of Project Management experience, specifically in HRIS/ERP environments. You don't need a map to find your way.
Communication Mastery: You have the "executive presence" to manage stakeholders from New York to London.
Flexibility: You are a pro at managing a non-traditional schedule and have the home-office setup to support high-level remote collaboration.
