• Converting Figma designs to fully responsive WordPress websites, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and a flawless user experience across devices.
  
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, project managers, etc.) to translate client requirements and design concepts into robust, high-performance WordPress sites.
  
• Developing custom WordPress themes from scratch and fine-tuning them to meet specific project requirements.
  
• Writing clean, optimized, and maintainable code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and React (if necessary).
  
• Implementing advanced WordPress plugins and custom solutions to extend site functionality.
  
• Ensuring top-tier performance optimization, SEO best practices, and security standards across all projects.
  
• Conducting code reviews, offering mentorship to junior team members, and ensuring that best practices are followed.
  
• Troubleshooting complex issues, debugging problems, and ensuring that all websites function seamlessly.
  
• Managing the end-to-end development process, from initial planning and design to deployment and post-launch support.
  

• Expert level proficiency in WordPress, including deep knowledge of the core system, themes, plugins, and custom development.
  
• Extensive experience in converting Figma designs to fully functional WordPress sites, ensuring all designs are implemented with pixel-perfect accuracy.
  
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP (you’re comfortable handling both front-end and back-end).
  
• Experience with WordPress theme development and plugin customization.
  
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  
• Experience with performance optimization (e.g., page speed, caching, image optimization) and implementing SEO best practices.
  
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  

• Familiarity with React and Node.js for headless WordPress implementations.
  
• Experience working with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and Custom Post Types (CPTs).
  
• Knowledge of WooCommerce and building eCommerce sites.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and automating deployment processes.
  
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and a strong eye for detail.
  
• Familiarity with REST API and integrating external data sources into WordPress.
