- Responsible for the sustainment of systems within enterprise-class environment
- Provide support for emergent Windows operating system issues
- Competent and adaptable in all areas of Windows systems administration
- Windows Server Configuration
- Active Directory Installation and Configuration
- Establishing Standards for Windows in a Government setting and integration of Active Directory utilizing Smart Card authentication
Minimum Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Server hardware installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager Administration
- DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance
- Experience working in classified spaces
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Microsoft SQL Server database
- Trellix / McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator and related tools
- Familiarity with Apache TomcatHands-on work with file share management, DFSR/DFS Namespaces, permissions (NTFS/share-level), and backup/recovery strategies.
- Administration of DHCP, Print Servers, and WSUS servers.
- Design, implementation, and troubleshooting of domain-level and local GPOs.
- Managing users, security groups, service accounts, and integrations (e.g., LDAP-based SSO with other systems).
- Familiarity with deploying and supporting tools like DoD certificates, Active Client, Axway Desktop Validator, InstallRoot, SIEM agents, and similar standardized applications.
- Configuration, deployment, and management within a tenant/subscriber environment.
- Strong diagnostic skills using tools like ipconfig, nslookup, gpupdate/gpresult, event logs, and basic-to-intermediate scripting; experience with OS imaging, log analysis, and common Microsoft Management consoles
