What You'll Do:
- Manage wholesale and marketplace relationships, serving as the primary internal and external point of contact, supporting ongoing relationships and onboarding new accounts.
- Develop channel reporting and provide regular business updates, including monthly sales reviews, to Primary leadership.
- Clearly communicate project deliverables, timelines, milestones, and results across the organization.
- Partner with the operations and engineering teams to ensure efficient fulfillment and technology capabilities support channel requirements.
- Share sales insights and customer feedback with design and merchandising teams to incorporate sales opportunities into new product development.
- Partner with the planning team on pre-season buys and in-season forecasting.
- Manage all Primary assets across partner websites, including imagery, copy, and sequencing.
- Regularly audit and track inbound and outbound shipments; effectively monitor sales and stock levels with key accounts.
- Act as liaison between wholesale accounts and the design, merchandising, and sourcing teams on production and delivery timelines.
- Work with marketing teams to optimize partner selling tools and evaluate promotional opportunities.
Your Experience Typically Includes:
- Strong experience (typically 7+ years) in wholesale sales development
- Clear history of cross-functional collaboration and partnership across teams (e.g., design, merchandising, marketing, operations, technology, finance)
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience with marketplace platforms (e.g., Mirakl, Faire, Looker, Shopify) preferred
- Children’s apparel experience preferred
