What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance websites using Webflow.
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready Webflow builds.
- Develop structured CMS architectures and reusable components to support scalable content management.
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, AEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
- Implement advanced interactions, animations, and custom functionality when needed.
- Integrate Webflow with third-party tools, APIs, and marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketers to create seamless and optimized user experiences.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and Webflow’s evolving feature set to boost development efficiency and creativity.
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders, providing feedback and updates on project progress.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience building production websites, with strong expertise in Webflow.
- Experience with WordPress page builders or other front-end frameworks is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality site designs, interactions, and performance-driven websites.
- Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with interactive libraries such as GSAP, Spline, Unicorn Studio, Rive and Lottie.
- Advanced knowledge of Webflow’s CMS, Components, Variables, Interactions, Animations, E-commerce, Integrations, and custom code solutions.
- Build reusable components and maintain scalable design systems within Webflow projects.
- Experience integrating third-party services, APIs, analytics, or marketing tools.
- Experience using modern AI tools and workflows to accelerate development, problem-solving, and prototyping of custom solutions.
- Experience working with Figma handoff and design systems.
- Solid understanding of SEO, performance optimization, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean, scalable development in a collaborative team environment.
