Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces for NACOS Marine digital products
- Build and maintain secure, scalable web backend solutions using modern architectures and technologies
- Collaborate closely with UX Designers to transform wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into high-quality user experiences
- Develop interactive features and ensure consistent visual design across applications
- Contribute to software architecture and backend design using modern cloud and containerization technologies
- Work closely with Product Management, UX, and Software Development teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Maintain and evolve design systems, coding standards, and reusable components
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, development guidelines, and best practices
- Ensure web applications comply with cybersecurity, performance, and quality requirements
- Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, development frameworks, and industry best practices
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in web application development, including both frontend and backend technologies
- Strong experience with C#/.NET development and JavaScript
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks and design tools such as React, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Experience developing scalable backend solutions using Microsoft Azure and containerization technologies such as Docker
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development best practices
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure software development practices
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an agile development environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary and international teams
- Experience within Operational Technology (OT), industrial automation, or maritime environments is an advantage
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
