Senior Web Designer

We are seeking a Senior Web Designer to lead the design and execution of visually compelling, user-focused web experiences. This role requires a strong balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical understanding to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality website layouts, landing pages, and digital experiences across desktop and mobile platforms
• Lead the end-to-end design process from concept, wireframes, and prototypes to final UI execution
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business goals into effective design solutions
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to improve user experience and conversion rates
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web design or UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive web design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Experience working in Agile or collaborative product environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks or developer handoff tools
• Familiarity with SEO and web performance optimization
• Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or startup environments
