Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement responsive, high-performance web pages that align with brand identity and user needs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Optimize website performance, accessibility, and usability.
- Maintain and refine our design system to ensure consistency across digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design.
- Conduct user research and testing to improve website functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages, email templates, and other web assets.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive web design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (coding skills are a plus).
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
- Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility standards, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
