The Role

Open to remote work except in South Dakota, Vermont and West Virginia.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $222,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Who We Are Looking For

Converse is looking for a Senior Web Analyst, for the Global Analytics space. This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of data driven solutions to improve web analytics insights, marketing performance and understanding the consumer behavior. Hands-on experience with enterprise web analytics suites, such as Adobe or Google Analytics, and the corresponding tools and skills for further data analysis, testing accurate measurement & delivering business insight will be at the core of your role. You should enjoy working in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment, and have an ability to translate business needs to solutions.

What You Will Work On

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide in-depth analysis to better serve our consumer:
    • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify key questions and provide an analytics-led, action-oriented, perspective rooted in data
    • Create measurement frameworks, monitor performance, and deliver insights & recommendations to support key initiatives and deepen our consumer understanding
    • Identify areas of consumer friction & partner with UX, Product, Merchandising, geographies, etc., to develop an action plan
  • Consolidate & centralize reporting:
    • Align tools, reports, dashboards across functional teams, create consistency, and document best practices to pull and evaluate site performance
    • Create and maintain the analytics knowledge base to better serve internal partners
    • Hold office hours and lead periodic Adobe trainings to further enable the hub and spoke approach to self-service
  • Maintain & enhance data foundation:
    • Provide periodic site tagging audits to ensure accurate & reliable reporting
    • Manage the relationship with tech partners and act as primary point of connect when recommending new or enhanced site tags
    • Serve as primary Adobe admin onboarding new users to the tool and providing regular platform maintenance

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of overall experience focusing on web analytics, digital marketing, and/or site optimization preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, statistics, decision science, or combination or relevant education, experience
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Content Square, Optimizely, etc
  • Proficiency in data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Looker, etc)
  • Excellent critical thinker and problem solver
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Positive demeanor and willingness to learn new things
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple work streams
