Position Summary

NorthCoast Asset Management is looking for a Senior Wealth Advisor to join our Denver office and inherit a book of high-net-worth clientele. No requirement to source new clientele from external channels as the Firm has several well-developed lead sources.

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Develop relationships within existing client book
  • Consolidate assets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to network with partners, be an ambassador of the firm
  • Generate opportunities for branch office presentation
  • Follow leads from lead source, develop opportunity, close and onboard prospective clients
  • Work with trading and operations to coordinate all aspects of client onboarding and ongoing account support
  • Scheduling client reviews, account paperwork, and miscellaneous service items as needed
  • Build review presentations, client proposals, and input portfolio planning information to Money Guide Pro
  • Maintain client communication in the contact management system
  • Respond to incoming emails, calls and meeting requests
  • A positive attitude and high energy level
  • Proactive communication and follow up
  • Demonstrated strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal, relationship management, and written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 5+ years of experience
  • CFP or equivalent 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn and communicate market and investment product knowledge for systematic strategies 

The Senior Wealth Advisor is a exempt position. This is commission-based role, with a $200k draw starting salary and a 20% net commission. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set.  The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.  Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
