Who are you?

You’re a relationship-driven financial professional with a passion for helping high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and institutions achieve their long-term financial goals. At C&N, we’re seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to serve as a trusted advisor while driving the continued growth of our Wealth Management division. 

In this role, you’ll develop new client relationships, provide comprehensive wealth planning and investment management solutions, and collaborate closely with internal banking partners to expand C&N’s wealth services. If you’re an experienced advisor with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys building lasting relationships and delivering sophisticated financial strategies, this could be the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Relationship Management & Wealth Planning: Serve as the primary advisor for high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and institutions by delivering comprehensive wealth planning, investment management, estate planning, insurance, and business succession strategies. 

  2.  Business Development: Source new wealth management relationships, grow assets under management, cultivate centers of influence, and develop new opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.

  3. Internal Partnership & Collaboration: Partner proactively with retail banking, commercial banking, mortgage, and other internal teams to position C&N's Wealth Management services and generate cross-referral opportunities.

  4. Financial Strategy & Client Solutions: Lead clients through all phases of the wealth planning process by developing customized financial strategies that align with their goals and evolving financial needs.

  5. Leadership & Mentorship: Coach and mentor Associate Wealth Advisors while contributing to the continued growth and success of the Wealth Management team.

  6. Technology & Relationship Management: Leverage Salesforce CRM and wealth planning technology to manage client relationships, monitor business development activity, and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.

Requirements:

Education & Experience – You will need a Bachelor’s degree (MBA  preferred) AND 7+ years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families (experience working with business owner clients is preferred) OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Certifications - 

  • CFP®
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66

  • Pennsylvania Insurance License (within 6 months)

Preferred Certifications
