Senior Waiting Staff
Manchester’s glamourous, vibrant and illustrious Rosso Restaurant & Bar is now looking for confident, enthusiastic and experienced persons to join their team.
For nearly 7 years Rosso has been one of Manchester’s must-go restaurants. With a truly unique mix of ambience, quality, luxury and a venue that has to be seen to be believed, we are looking for passionate and confident waiting staff to join or team.
The qualities ideal candidates will possess include (but are not limited to):
- Current/ previous experience in a similar busy, high-end restaurant environment.
- A willingness to work in a supportive and structured environment.
- Excellent guest service skills with a background of exceeding and maintaining the guests’ expectations.

Rosso Restaurant & Bar is a Manchester-based Italian restaurant offering modern Italian cuisine in a glamorous, vibrant setting. Its kitchen team focuses on fresh, seasonal food, with roles requiring knowledge of grill, pasta, and contemporary Italian cooking techniques. The venue is known for its glamorous atmosphere, excellent food, and great service and is owned by footballer Rio Ferdinand at its 43 Spring Gardens location in Manchester.
