To strengthen our multidisciplinary team of creative thinkers and makers, we are looking for a Senior Designer. Someone who can shape experiences that connect human needs, business goals and creative ambition.
THE ROLE
As a senior Visual Designer, you breathe life into user experiences, brands, content and future visions. The heart of the role is making beautiful, impactful and concept-driven designs that build upon a strategy or creative vision. As part of the design team you will have a big hand in defining the visual signature of the agency. Although the focus is on the digital domain, compared to traditional UX and product design roles, this design role takes a more generalist approach; using visual expression, originality and aesthetics as a force to help organisations stand out, reinvent themselves and turn heads.
The work
- Design creative concepts based on client briefs, research and/or strategic directions.
- Design award-worthy brand identities and digital experiences
- Work closely with our directors innovation, strategy and futures to visualise the desired states of our clients’ possible future — ranging from mockups for products, services, communication and brand content.
- Mentor and inspire junior designers within the team
- Work closely with specialists in motion design, product design, video production and service design to ensure quality and excellence in production.
- Support with creative work in the context of sales and business development
- Present your designs (brand identity concepts, design systems, user experience prototypes) to clients with solid arguments, confidence, and persuasiveness
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a design agency with a reputation for brand identities, digital experience and/or conceptual design
- Strong portfolio showing experience and knowledge across digital products, digital services, branding, marketing and content
- Proficiency in Figma and gen-AI tools like Midjourney, Veo and Sora for images and video
- Experience with pitching concept and using client feedback to improve and refine
- Fluent in English and Dutch
