Your Role:
As a Visual Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our creative team, translating strategic goals into compelling, customer-centric designs. You’ll work collaboratively across departments to shape the look, feel, and overall experience of our products and brand. Your designs will engage, inspire, and—most importantly—create an unforgettable experience for our users.
What You’ll Do:

• Develop visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messaging to target audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliverables, and provide design solutions that meet project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all design work is high-quality, error-free, and meets accessibility and usability standards.
• Conceptualize and execute ideas with a user-centered mindset, ensuring designs align with the product and overall company vision and goals.
• Develop and maintain design processes, style guides, and reusable components to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to refine and iterate on designs for optimized user experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in visual design, ideally in a product-driven environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and relevant industry softwares
• Understanding of design principles, best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Exceptional communication skills with a knack for explaining design decisions to non-design audiences.
• A growth mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques.
• Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
• Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
