And we’re looking for a Senior Videographer & Content Creator to lead the charge behind the lens.

This is a senior hands-on creative role for a creative who knows how to concept, shoot, edit, and ship high-impact content – while mentoring others and shaping how our brand shows up across platforms.

Job Description

You’ll take the lead on video production across Aussie’s social and digital channels - from shaping briefs to executing shoots and overseeing final edits. You’ll work across long-form, short-form, branded storytelling, and performance content.

You’ll help set the bar for creative excellence, ensuring every piece of video content not only looks great but moves the metrics.

 

Your Day-to-Day

🎥 Lead end-to-end video creation
Drive the full production cycle – from concept to delivery – across Podcasts, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and performance channels. Direct shoots with talent, stakeholders, and partners. Produce long-form and short-form edits that build brand love and engagement.

🎬 Shape our studio output
Oversee shoot planning, lighting, and gear. Partner with Creative & Social Leads to ensure content aligns with audience strategy and brand tone. Maintain workflows, file management, and consistency.

✂️ Edit with precision
Cut with emotion, rhythm, and impact while balancing storytelling and platform performance. Mentor junior editors/videographers. Elevate motion graphics, sound design, and visual storytelling.

🚀 Drive performance & innovation
Stay ahead of content and social video trends. Champion testing, experimentation, and creative innovation. Collaborate across design, content, and performance teams to push ideas forward.

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in video production, content creation, or social-first storytelling (in-house or agency).
  • You have a strong reel showcasing a range of high-quality branded content - across short-form and commercial work.
  • Expert in Premiere Pro; proficient in After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with shoots & the handling of camera gear, lights & knowledge of audio capture.
  • Strong grasp of platform-native storytelling (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
  • Comfortable directing talent and stakeholders on set.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and organised - with the ability to lead multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • You have strong planning, tracking and reporting skills to ensure timely delivery.
  • A mentor at heart - keen to share skills and level up the team around you.
  • Available full-time on a 7-month contract

  • Design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva & more).
  • Knowledge + capability of AI image & video generation.
  • Experience with podcast creation and/or multi-cam content production.
