As a Senior Vice President of Finance at Jebbit, you will oversee our Finance function and serve as a strategic and operational partner to the leadership team on the formulation and execution of our business strategy and financial plan. This individual will take a leadership role in financial decision-making that affects our company, facilitate the best processes for the finance organization and support the overall scaling of this fast growth SaaS business. 

Our target base salary range for this year will be $180k-$200k based on experience and skill set. In addition, this role will be eligible for a performance based bonus.


What You'll Do:

  • Support the Chief Executive Officer, President, Board, and members of the senior management team to help shape the overall direction of the company
  • Partner with leadership to develop our annual operating plan and execute the financial strategy of the company
  • Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company 
  • Responsible for measurement-based financial management throughout the business to ensure accurate planning, forecasting and reporting in support of business initiatives
  • Able to identify and effectively communicate performance gaps to ensure corrective actions are understood and implemented at the appropriate time to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
  • Act as a strategic partner to our Go-To-Market teams; oversee initiatives to drive performance and optimize business outcomes such as pipeline reviews, deal desk, renewal planning; oversee annual commission planning 
  • Drive continuous improvement in areas such as expense management, financial analysis and reporting, system infrastructure and standardized business processes
  • Work closely with all functions to reduce cost and improve performance company-wide
  • Proactively seek internal cost efficiencies within all business units and negotiate favorable terms with outside vendors

  • Maintain responsibility for efficient and accurate billings, as well as prompt collections
  • Control company funds; plan and monitor cash flow and credit availability and implement accurate, repeatable and reportable cash forecasting process
  • Assess acquisition opportunities, review business plans, and support M&A activity, as necessary
  • Provide leadership to the finance department, including staff development

Who You Are: 

  • 7+ years of increasing responsibility in FP&A, preferably within Private Equity or SaaS 
  • An analytical and strategic thinker, not looking just to crunch the numbers but to be a voice in the room driving financial strategy and decision making
  • A servant leader with confidence and executive presence – ability to motivate and grow the skills and careers of your direct reports
  • Proven track record of success as a Finance leader in a comparable growth-oriented business. Demonstrated financial discipline with an ability to influence and communicate effectively
  • The ability to interpret strategic and operational business requirements, to provide appropriate expert advice and financial planning counsel 
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy
