This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of specialist asset classes including, life sciences, student accommodation, healthcare, aged care, and other emerging property sectors that are reshaping the real estate landscape.
As a Senior Valuer in our Alternatives team, you'll take ownership of complex valuation assignments, working closely with institutional investors, developers, and corporate occupiers who operate at the cutting edge of property innovation.
Responsibilities:
Complete a diverse range of valuation assignments across alternative asset classes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Deliver exceptional client service by understanding the nuanced requirements of alternative property sectors
Prepare comprehensive valuation reports with robust market data, justification, and commentary tailored to specialist assets
Utilise JLL's technology platforms to produce professional, consistent, and compelling reports
Work alongside senior valuers and sector specialists to build deep expertise in alternative asset valuations
Delegate and review work completed by Assistant Valuers, providing mentorship and constructive feedback
Contribute to thought leadership and market intelligence on emerging trends within the alternatives sector
Actively participate in client prospecting and relationship building within the alternatives space
Attend JLL events and industry functions to expand your professional network
Meet API Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements

You are a CPV-qualified valuer with a strong interest in or experience with alternative and specialist asset classes. You bring a sharp analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex valuation scenarios with confidence.
