About the Role:
As a Senior Vaadin Developer, you will be the bridge between this powerful technology and the people who use it. You’ll own the design and development of a modern, intuitive Vaadin-based frontend that enables customers to easily explore, visualize, and act on complex transaction data. Your work will directly impact how effectively our clients detect financial crime and manage risk.
What you’ll do
Design, develop, and optimize the Vaadin-based frontend of our core platform
Collaborate closely with backend engineers and product managers to deliver a seamless user experience
Write clean, efficient, and performant Java code, with a focus on maintainability and scalability
Handle and visualize large datasets in ways that remain intuitive and responsive for end users
Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of our frontend
Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement
What you bring
Proven experience in frontend development with Vaadin
Strong Java development skills
Ability to write optimized, performant, and maintainable code
Experience working with large volumes of data is a plus
Product-minded, with a focus on usability and customer impact
Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Team player with excellent communication skills
