Organized in 2018, NUTS Finance is a blockchain development lab focused on creating the building blocks to enable financial applications on the blockchain.
We launched Tapio Protocol in 2021, a synthetic asset protocol for liquid staking tokens and raised over $4 million from industry leading institutional investors including: Polychain Capital, Hypersphere, Arrington and more.
Our lastest DeFi protocol, Pike a native cross-chain money market was launched at the end of 2023 and we have raised over $6.4m from our own community and users.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our remote team. You’ll be part of a squad that’s set out to help millions of people to use Decentralized Financial (DeFi) Products.Currently we are focused on Pike - cross-chain lending protocol with modern and user-oriented design.
What you’ll be doing?
- Design the UX/UI for DeFi products on different chains and fostering cross-chain interactions
- Design beautiful and comprehensive landing pages
- Ensure that your design is implemented properly by development teams

About you:
- You are very good with tools. We use Figma for UI and Framer for landing pages.
- You’ve got a portfolio of well-crafted financial products that solve real problems for real people
- You’re a seasoned collaborator, designing in the open, leveraging other people’s expertise, and taking them on the journey with you
- You have strong visual design and interaction design skills, with a passion for high quality fit and finish. You’ve worked with design systems to produce beautiful and functional design that scales
- You practice evidence-based design and can articulate your decisions clearly and credibly

Pike is a next-gen native multichain lending market built upon a new set of cross-chain messaging standards developed by Wormhole and Circle.
Drawing comparisons to first generation lending markets (ie. Aave, Compound), Pike offers a significant leap forward in the current DeFi landscape by connecting liquidity between EVM and non-EVM ecosystems.
Pike is currently live on Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum and Optimism. With upcoming expansion into Monad and Solana
