Senior UX/UI Designer

RYZ is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer ​​for one of our clients. As the Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of the brand across all digital and print channels. You’ll collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to design assets that bring the client's vision to life and ensure brand consistency across platforms. This position is a blend of creativity and technical expertise, giving you the chance to make a significant impact on the future of the company.

Basic Qualifications: 

- 5+ years of experience in brand design, with expertise in both print and digital mediums.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe XD, After Effects, or similar tools for motion design, and presentation software like Google Slides, Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience in responsive design.

- Expertise in motion design, including brand identity animations, transitions, and interactive elements for digital platforms.

- Typography and layout expertise, ensuring visually appealing and legible content.

Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 to collaborate effectively with development teams.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications: 

- Demonstrated experience leading design projects from concept to completion.

- Expertise in building and maintaining brand design systems.

- Strong attention to detail, typography, and layout.

- Demonstrated success in highly agile environments with quick turnaround times.

- Demonstrated experience across graphic, motion, packaging, social, and web design.

- Experience with copywriting or content creation.
