We aren't looking for a conceptual artist. We need a Figma Architect who lives and breathes high-fidelity execution and production-ready design. Your job is to take complex product visions and turn them into functional, interactive realities with surgical precision. This is a remote, high-availability role for someone who views design as a technical craft and is comfortable operating at the forefront of the Web3.
Whether you are a rising talent with a pixel-perfect obsession or a seasoned professional who builds design systems in your sleep, we value your output over your pedigree. If you have the drive to master our design standards and the technical skills to build frictionless user journeys, we provide the platform for you to influence how thousands of players experience the digital future.
Key ResponsibilitiesFigma Engineering: Build and maintain advanced, functional Figma designs using auto-layouts, variables, and complex component architecture. No messy layers or static "concepts."
High-Fidelity Prototyping: Create interactive, clickable flows that simulate the final product experience to validate UX logic before a single line of code is written.
Developer Handoff: Ensure all designs are technically feasible and provide "pixel-perfect" documentation to ensure our engineering team can ship with zero ambiguity.
Rapid Iteration: Work daily with product data and player feedback to identify friction points and execute UI improvements at high velocity.
System Architecture: Contribute to and evolve our shared design patterns. You are responsible for ensuring every button, icon, and input is scalable and consistent across the entire ecosystem.
Global Coordination: Maintain constant communication with internal Product and Engineering teams to ensure design execution aligns with broader company objectives and technical constraints.
The "Figma 1%": You are a power user. You understand the nuances of variants, interactive states, and responsive grids. If it can be automated or componentized in Figma, you’ve done it.
Technical Rigor: You are comfortable working within the constraints of web and mobile. You design for developers, meaning you understand how your designs translate to CSS and functional code.
Hyper-Availability: This isn’t a 9-to-5. You must be available 7 days a week to handle rapid design tweaks, respond to emergency UI fixes, and coordinate with a global team.
Ownership Instinct: Self-motivated and highly organized; you can manage a massive workload of design tickets without losing track of the small details.
Web3 Literacy: You possess a solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem. You are comfortable designing for wallets, transaction signatures, and decentralized platforms.
Location: Fully Remote.
Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to handle real-time product updates and 24/7 market demands).
We offer more than just a remote design role; we offer a front-row seat to the future of internet-native products.
World-Class Standards: Receive hands-on experience in a high-performing team that cares deeply about craft. You will sharpen your design instincts using our streamlined Linear/Ashby workflow.
Transferable Mastery: The skills you develop here, advanced system design, rapid prototyping for Web3, and high-velocity execution are the most sought-after in the modern tech economy.
A Culture of Momentum: We excel at creating an environment where you are never stagnant. You will constantly be shipping, learning, and refining your work.
High-Growth Upside: Join a team that values "potential over pedigree" and provides a clear runway for those who take extreme ownership of the product experience.
