What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process from research and ideation through prototyping and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and engineers to define and refine project goals.
- Conduct user research (interviews, testing, competitive analysis) to inform design direction.
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Iterate based on feedback, testing, and analytics to continuously enhance the user experience.
- Clearly present and articulate design decisions to internal teams and clients.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of professional UX design experience (preferably in a consultancy or agency environment).
- A portfolio that demonstrates deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong grasp of user research methodologies and how to apply insights to design.
- Confidence in public speaking and presenting, especially during sales or client discussions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and independently own your work.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
