As a UX Designer you will be an individual contributor to multiple user experience engagements. You may also work on highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple specialized business domains. The ideal person will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and innovative development environment.
As a Sr UX Interaction Designer, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects to build the user experience from conception to launch.
- Conducting brainstorming and ideation sessions based on user research and develop unique insights.
- Taking broad, conceptual ideas and quickly prototype, test and iterate into engaging experiences
- Contributing to high-level design strategy with varied stakeholders.
- Working closely with Business Analysts and Visual Designers to create all UX deliverables for product scrum team
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's or Master degree from an accredited University.
- Have minimum of 6years of experience preferably in tech-focused design firms building consumer and mobile products.
- Have an experience with end-to-end user-centered design practices - User Research, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Prototyping
- Have an Experience with rapid design iteration, prototyping, and user testing.
- Have an Experience with wireframe and prototyping tools like Sketch, Axure, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Have an Experience working with Agile engineering teams. & familiar with Lean UX principles and how to integrate them into the design process
