Senior UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join APEX, our AI division, and bring a user perspective to the ongoing AI transformation of our company. If you have deep UX expertise and a willingness to expand your skills into areas like process intelligence, AI, or business analysis, we want you on our team. At our company, you can put your empathy, creativity, and curiosity to work solving complex problems for scientists who develop life-saving and life-quality-improving medicines.

• Plan and execute user research
• Design and prototype websites and applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, product owners, business analysts, process intelligence specialists, and UX researchers
• Present your deliverables to key stakeholders and facilitate discussions
• Mentor and educate other UX professionals and enthusiasts
• Help evolve UX practices into the age of AI

Required

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with complex projects
• Experience working with Figma
• Experience working with design systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX designer, product designer, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience
