Senior User Researcher

We're looking for a Senior User Researcher, to lead end-to-end research projects, from planning to delivery, independently.

👉 What will your duties be?

• Lead user research to support all stages of product development

• Manage stakeholders effectively, navigate complex topics, identify true needs, and ensure impactful outcomes

• Conduct routine usability testing as well as strategic research initiatives, such as developing personas or customer journeys. Engage in exploratory deep dives, unmoderated studies, and testing information architecture. Work closely with PMs and Product Designers to translate insights into improved product experiences

• Perform in-person testing of hardware products

• Collaborate with empowered product teams to support and facilitate product discovery processes

💪 What do we need from you?

• Ability to lead any research projects autonomously

• Strong experience in leading qualitative studies

• Basic facilitation skills to manage diverse group discussions, and design and drive an efficient process

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• A foundational understanding of product processes and discovery methods

💪 What makes you the perfect candidate?

• Expertise in quantitative research methods, such as unmoderated usability testing, experiments, survey design or A/B testing

• Advanced facilitation skills to lead workshops and strategic sessions

• Interest or expertise in working with data analytics to derive actionable insights

• A sense for content testing and improving user comprehension of complex concepts

• The ability and willingness to mentor junior researchers, product managers, or designers in user research

• Experience managing in-person research operations

• Experience with gathering continuous user feedback and benchmarking usability metrics
