What you'll do :
- A strong portfolio featuring design work for enterprise and B2B, that showcases visual design for mobile or desktop applications, infographics, iconography or other visual design work, and the ability to show in your portfolio how it led to positive business outcomes.
- Solid experience working with design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator), etc.
- Experience and familiarity with current Gen-AI design accelerators and tools; skilled in prompt writing.
- Ability to visually design user interfaces for complex business applications, including branding and design best practices for mobile and desktop applications.
- Ability to translate a client's brand into user interfaces, following UX design best practices for mobile and desktop applications.
- Ability to understand and follow visual design documentation, including design systems, and leverage it into our prototypes for clients and stakeholders.
- A high attention to design detail is critical;
- An understanding of modern BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and low code applications (e.g. Power Apps, SFDC), as well as UI Frameworks is highly desirable.
- Experience collaborating with and/or supporting user experience design teams is a plus.
What you'll bring:
- Able to visually support user interface design for complex business applications by collaborating with other members of the user experience team.
- Ability to translate design systems into user interfaces, following visual design best practices for mobile and desktop applications.
- Ability to follow visual design documentation like pattern libraries and brand guidelines and leverage it to execute mock-ups for clients and stakeholders.
- A foundational understanding of enterprise software is required.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and how they manifest in enterprise software to support end-users is a plus.
- Previous experience working in pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of healthcare is a plus
