Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior-Used Serviceable Materials (USM) Sales Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX .
Position Responsibilities:
- Identify, grow, and manage key Airline, Leasing, and MRO customer accounts
- Review and respond to daily RFQ's
- Negotiate preferential pricing to drive revenue and margin expansion
- Engage with product line managers to drive business growth initiatives
- Support data/IT initiatives to help optimize business processes
- Drive intracompany USM business growth by discovering and solving complex program requirements within other divisions of the company
- Leverage USM expertise to become a leading internal advocate of USM. Drive value creation by educating colleagues on benefits of USM and put it in practice by developing creative solutions
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in customer facing sales an marketing role
- Experience negotiating contracts, terms and conditions, and pricing
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Strong understanding of USM industry trends, key competitors/customers
- Ability to drive immediate sales impact through key customer relationships
- Understanding/experience modeling/valuing whole assets and/or piece part components
- Understanding/experience reviewing IPC's, CMM's, AD/SB's
