As our client's Senior US Accountant, you'll own general ledger accounting, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close for a fast-growing, multi-brand US e-commerce business, working from Surat during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the general ledger and ensure accurate, audit-ready financial records in
QuickBooks
- Review and approve customer invoicing
Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), including aging analysis and collections
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), vendor invoice review, and payment scheduling
- Lead bank and account reconciliations
- Manage financial reporting and month-end close
- Ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and audit-complian
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4-5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Strong understanding of US accounting principles and financial reporting practices
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Comfortable working US shift hours (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST)
- Prior experience working with US-based companies or clients
