Senior UI Developer (Angular, TypeScript)

Software Requirements:

• Angular, TypeScript, Web Development Technologies
  • Extensive experience with Angular and TypeScript
  • Knowledge of related web development technologies
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and processes, including Agile and Scrum

Overall Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Angular developers in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Mentor and train junior developers, guiding their technical and professional growth
• Stay current on new Angular development technologies and methodologies, sharing best practices with the team

Technical Skills (Category-wise):

• Front-end Development:
  • Extensive experience with Angular
  • Proficiency in TypeScript
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Leadership:
  • Proven experience leading a team of developers in delivering large-scale software solutions
• Development Methodologies:
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Problem-Solving:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to break down complex business requirements into actionable tasks

Experience:

• 6-14 years experience with Angular and TypeScript
• Proven experience leading a team of developers in delivering large-scale software solutions
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and processes, including Agile and Scrum

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Lead team meetings and coordinate project schedules and priorities
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and guidance
• Act as the technical lead on projects, working closely with the project manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Develop code, write unit tests, and perform code reviews to ensure the quality of the team's work

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong Angular development skills, with experience leading large-scale projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their technical and professional growth
• Proactive and results-driven approach to work, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions
