Job DescriptionResponsibilities
- Design visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with UX designers to create cohesive user experiences
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications for developers
- Conduct visual design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure design quality
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing and insights
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices
- Lead design presentations and workshops, effectively communicating design concepts and rationales
- Mentor other designers and contribute to their professional growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and high-quality UI work
- Proficiency in Figma
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Ability to create responsive designs that adapt to different devices and screen sizes
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- AI design experience
- Experience in branding
- Experience in the financial and healthcare sectors
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development
