Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will work closely with Product Management and project stakeholders to visually document the user flows of client interfaces and internal systems used to deliver OTR solutions. They will do this using standard design patterns used in customer and consumer facing applications to create amazing user experiences to drive desired outcomes. This role requires an eye for clean design, superior UI skills, and being able to translate high-level requirements into functional user interfaces. This is an exciting role and opportunity to be a member of a fast-growing business and has a direct impact on the technology direction and growth of the business.

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with product management and stakeholders to visually represent project scopes 
• Create prototypes to identify design weaknesses and conduct usability testing 
• Oversee all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering 
• Create wireframes and user flows to effectively visually communicate solutions 
• Utilize your knowledge of responsive design to account for various screen sizes 
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards 
• Apply style guides so that each product design adheres to a consistent look and feel 
• Present and defend your designs to various stakeholders. 
• Maintain existing library of designs and future additions 

What we look for: 

• 5+ years of experience in creating wireframes, user flows and process flows  
• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related degree 
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio 
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other visual design and wire-framing tools 
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. 
• Excellent, up to date, visual design skills and UI design principles, trends and techniques.    
• Strong communication skills. Presentation experience to all levels of an organization to gain alignment 
• Ability to solve problems visually, creatively and effectively 
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
